Overview
This privacy policy explains how Glaicier Technology Ltd (“Glaicier”, “we”, “us”) handles personal data in connection with this website (glaicier.com).
Glaicier Technology Ltd is registered in England and Wales. We are the data controller for any personal data collected through this website.
What we collect
This website is intentionally minimal. We do not run advertising trackers, we do not use marketing cookies, and we do not profile visitors.
The only personal data we process is what you voluntarily send us when you contact us — for example, the email address and any details you include when you email [email protected].
We may use standard server-side logs (IP address, user agent, request path) for the purpose of operating and securing the website. These logs are retained for no longer than 90 days.
How we use it
Personal data you send us by email is used to respond to your enquiry and, if appropriate, to have follow-up conversations about a potential engagement. We do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes, and we do not add you to any mailing list without asking.
Data processors
This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes server logs on our behalf as a data processor. See the Cloudflare privacy policy for details.
Email sent to [email protected] is processed by our Microsoft 365 tenant.
Your rights
Under the UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to processing or request data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected] and we’ll respond within one calendar month.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) if you believe we’ve handled your data unlawfully.
Updates
We’ll update this page if our practices change. The page was last reviewed in April 2026.
