Who we are
Glaicier Technology is a small, engineering-led UK company. We build and operate cloud platforms — primarily on Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 — for organisations that depend on them to do their real work.
We’re not a reseller. We’re not a frameworks consultancy. We’re a team of senior engineers who’ve spent years running large Microsoft estates in regulated environments, and we’ve turned that experience into a set of services and products you can actually buy.

We’d rather deliver something pragmatic and working than something elegant and theoretical. Our clients are under real pressure — deadlines, compliance audits, budget scrutiny — and the best thing we can do is help them land the outcome they actually need.
Engineering-led, not sales-led
The people who scope your work are the people who deliver it. We don’t hand projects over to a delivery team you’ve never met. That means less friction, faster decisions, and fewer surprises.
Compliance is a design constraint, not an afterthought
If you’re in the NHS, higher education, finance, or anywhere else with real regulatory obligations, compliance isn’t something you add at the end. We design for the NHS Data Security and Protection Toolkit, for DPIAs, for least-privilege identity models, and for data residency — from day one.
We build what we sell
Our product arm — Novalysis — runs on the same engineering patterns we give to clients. The hub-and-spoke deployment model, the managed app approach, the APIM-mediated auth layer, the AI agent orchestration: everything is production-tested on our own platform before we recommend it to anyone else.
How we work
We’re deliberately small. That’s not a limitation to apologise for — it’s the reason our clients get senior engineers on their problems rather than a subcontracted delivery chain.
A typical engagement looks like:
- Discovery — a short, focused conversation to work out what you’re actually trying to achieve, and whether we can genuinely help.
- Scoping — a clear written proposal with a fixed deliverable, a fixed timeline, and a fixed price where that makes sense.
- Delivery — we build, we ship, and we stay in close contact with your team throughout.
- Handover — everything we build is yours. Clean documentation, infrastructure as code, and runbooks so your team can run it without us.
